I am coming to realize that a cluttered workspace is almost a requirement when one starts to quilt...I hate clutter. I really try to keep everything nice and neat. But with the kids and everything yea that doesn't happen often lol. I have slowly come to accept it. Until I get my sewing studio. That is the next big thing after my wedding in Nov. =)
Sooooooo  Suggest to your sweetie that he will be a much happier husband ;) if you have a small space alllllll your own asap!

My sewing/craft area is the basement of a very old house with no windows so I have no idea what time of the day it is and it's hard to make myself go down there on nice sunny days. My kitchen is small and dark so no space there. It's frustrating to say the least.
