I am ok with refurbished mechanical vintage machines but I would not the computerized ones.

If I bought a refurbished machine, I would buy from a sew-n-vac place that can offer a warranty and could continue the maintenance and repairs should it need them!

I purchased a brother se270 I love it and when it came to me it was perfect!!

was your machines computerized. The one I was looking at was and it did monograming.
