I tried my husband's hair clippers to rip out some embroidery thread and it worked unbelievably great. Now I'm using it for ripping out everything. I think I need to buy one for myself. If he knew what I was doing, I don't know if he'd like it. Ha ha...but serious.

Red face Removing embroider stitches

Thanks for the ideas. I had used a curved end seam ripper that I use for removing sergered seams. It worked well but was time consuming. I think I will purchased the Peggy's stitch eraser. You never can have enough tools when it comes to sewing.

I too use a seam ripper but it takes forever to do.
