Results of Raffle quilt - Star Spin Quilt

As many of you saw the post last fall of the Raffle quilt I made for our church bazaar this year which was held yesterday, I am very please with the results. We made $1511. 00 on that quilt and a local lady won it and was so happy. Am glad that someone that appreciates it won and will take good care of it.

Wonderful! Could you post a link to the original post about the quilt?

If that's the correct quilt, it is beautiful and congrats on the amount it raised.

Yes, that is the quilt. Had a request to make another one for a lady that wanted it so bad, but her name was not drawn.

Great!!!! My daughter did a family/close friend raffle with a quilt I made which was a way to get money so her son could go on a music trip to Africa. It brought in $2000, with $20 and $40 being the average for tickets bought. Another granddaughter, different family, gave one to her church to raffle off and it brought in about $75! Not sure what the difference was, but it sure was a difference!
