Default Road to California quilt show

I’m very excited to be going to the Road to California quilt expo next Friday, January 24. I was waitlisted on a bus trip through our LQS and was accepted yesterday. I’ve heard the quilts there are spectacular works of art. Is anyone else going?’

Lucky you. California has the BEST international shows.

It's been years since I've been. It can be overwhelming. The quilts are amazing. As to vendors, Covid changed that tremendously. There were sources for my most artistic projects. Anything I could dream of was there. Now.....?

    Have fun!

Yes, I'm going on Wednesday the 22nd! Luckily I live just 40 miles away. Our guild is taking a bus trip!

Yes, I'm going with a friend. We plan to visit M&L Fabrics on Monday, then check in at our hotel by the Ontario Convention Center. We're both taking a class in hand embroidery on Tuesday, then attending preview night. We plan to see the rest of the show on Wednesday before heading back to my house. I live about 40 miles from the Convention Center, but there's usually heavy traffic between us.
