I see a sale coming up "buy one get one free" for Simplicity Bias Tape Maker and Simplicity Rotary Cutting Machine. Is this a great deal? Are they easy to use or is it just something I"ll buy and not use?

does anyone use a bais maker?

I saw the bias maker demonstrated and like it.
the cutter has mixed reviews. Most say it takes a long time to work it correctly and doesn't always cut accurately.
I saw the cutter demo'd in Houston this month and it was a new more powerful machine and appeared to do good. However, is said it takes a long learning time.

I do like the bias tape maker, but its not used that much. For the money I would say it is really not worth it. I still like my simple clover bias tape maker, plus you can get them in many sizes.
