Default Ruler case

I went looking for a case to store my new Bernina rulers. The shoe box size of plastic storage looked too bulky and I had about given up hope when I spied Minion activity cases by Crayola. They were on sale for $5 so I bought one. Opened it up to find it had compartments. Oh dear, I got out my exacto knife and carefully removed 2 dividers so my longer rulers would fit. I am happy with it now, my rulers are safe and the bright colour should make the case easy to spot in my sewing room.

Great idea -- it's fun to see things not made for quilting used for quilting. Thanks for sharing.

Very awesome idea. It is amazing what we can find that doesn't even pertain to quilting. I have a hot wheel compartment holder that I keep my spools of threads in!

What a great idea! I will have to be on the lookout for something similar for mine.

That is a great idea. Also good for holding feet and other small items.
