I have the one in Bernie's post and love it.

I really was afraid to use a rotary cutter, and in my first quilting class was warned of how dangerous rotary cutters could be. I was using a regular straight cutter. YIKES! When an ergonomic cutter was recommended, I switched and have would NEVER use anything else.

I've used this one for years. love it. it closes the blade automatically when i let go of the handle. it can be kept open by pushing the red button but i never do that.
I have this one too. It is also ergonomic so not as much stress on your cutting hand.
