Thread: Saw one of us in McCalls Quilting Magazine!

    I got my McCalls Quilting Magazine in the mail today and I got a surprise for sure. There was one of us in the article with a picture of her along with a beautiful quilt she made. Her name was Judy Luoma from Auburn, WA. The name of her quilt was "Our Blessing". Quilt Design Star. Congratulations!

    I have noticed that more quilters are being recognized lately, it's a great treat each time I see one of us in a paper or magazine, way to quilters

    My name is actually "Julie" but there was a typo in the magazine.

    I truly appreciated all of the support, votes and kind comments that I received on this board. I love designing quilts!

    Those are some really complicated looking quilts! Great job, so beautiful! Like I already said to you, I'll be looking for this famous designer named "Julie" one day in the quilting magazines and shows! :wink:
