I can't imagine not knowing that Weds. is 1/2 price day at Salvation Army! I plan visits to friends in other towns on Weds. so I can stop & check things out there on my way!

David, I love the Goodwill/Salvation Army/Thrift stores. I can't wait to go to see what "treasures" I can find. Somedays are better that others but always fun.

Love your find. Show us what you do with them.

Happy Holidays, Lovequilts

I know it's kinda hard to see(I am taking pic from wheelchair) this is one of the t-shirts broken down. It measures approx 35"x26" plus the sleeves. Not bad for a buck! LOL

NikkiLu]What are you going to use the T-shirts for?[/quote]
----------------
Just recently I started cutting a mess of T shirts up for a rug. I cut off the neck, sleeves and hem, then then cut round and round in about 1 inch rows till I had almost all of each one wound up in a ball. Then I crocheted them into a long chain and wound them around and around, sewing as I went. This will be for in a small space where the cats love to lie but it's still in a walkway.

Good Morning David,
Good buy! I have to tell you that in the 50's we called it Sally Ann's. That is the 1950's.
I stop whenever I see one.

Good Luck and Good sewing.
