Default Scotch Guard

Someone once told me that if you spray the fabric labels that you print in your printer with Scotch Guard, the colours and black ink will not fade. Has anyone had any experience with this?

Interesting......but i would think over time, with multiple washings, the Scotch Guard would "wear off".....but just my thought.

I agree with PenniF that is would come off too with many washings. I have a can of Scotchguard but have never used it.
