I piece what I can for baby quilts. I stuff toys for the hospital. I make pillows for a church group and use the little pieces for stuffing.

I piece it for smaller projects. Works great, hate to waste batting. :-D

I cut my scrap batting into circles which I use to make reversible apple core quilts. Those take a lot of batting circles.

I pieced my bits of batting together and used it in the owl lap quilt for my MIL. It came out great! I've still got more for another project.

The larger pieces I sew together for quilts and the smaller ones I sew together and use for placemats, pot holders, mug mats, etc... Waste no, want not. No actually its just the quilter in me :)
