Tapestry- by Carole King. It came immediately to mind as a classic and good quilt song-- "My life has been a tapestry of rich and royal hue; an ever changing vision of the ever changing view. A wondrous woven magic, in bits of blue and gold; a tapestry to see and feel, impossible to hold...."

The guy that wrote cinderella song has a bunch of kids and a few of them are adopted. well his birth son was backing out of the driveway and ran over one of his adopted sisters. this was just a couple of years ago and this song actually had her in it. I am trying not to cry just thinking of the song and the sad sad story.
