parts for inspria quilt frame from the grace co.
I have looked on both the grace and the impria frame site and can find nothing. Called and got a very rude person who told me they were on the webs site ordered those but they are not the right ones. Can anyone here help me at all!!!

I don't think Grace makes the Inspira frame. That might explain (but not excuse) the rudeness if you called them. I couldn't find an Inspira frame site. I would call someone who sells the Inspira frame and ask them how to proceed.

I Googled and found that the Inspira frame is made by Viking. Found this websites which may help:

What I would suggest is joining the homequiltingsystems group on groups.yahoo.com and ask for help there. This is a very active group with a variety of setups, and someone with the Inspira frame and experience getting parts for it may be able to help you.
