    Default Self Healing Cutting Mat?

My self healing cutting board is losing some of its clear markings at the edges. Is there anything to do to have those markings clear other than a new board?

Maybe outline them with a paint pen or Sharpie? I turn my mat over so I don't have the lines. They are worrisome to me.

What type of mat are you using? I always have used the lines on my Omnigrip rulers so I never look at the lines on my mat.

Same here -- rarely use the lines -- much easier to line up the ruler to the fabric than the fabric to a line--for me at least. I have used some of my rulers so much that those lines are disappearing though.

I use the lines on my mat but don't have any solutions other than a new mat.
