I'm going on that cruise too! I love Bonnie's quilts and can't wait for the trip. I took a workshop from her in August '09 and it was a wonderful experience. Vicky

Not necessary: (a) cruise ships move so slowly and are so lange you rarely feel the movement (b) get a patch called Transderm Scope you put one on behind you ear and it work for 72 hours - Prescription but 4/box and THEY WORK !!
