I also know how exciting it is to get a new machine. Two weeks ago, I purchased a Babylock Esante that I absolutely LOVE! So best wishes with your new Janome. I hear wonderful things about those machines!

I have the 6600 and love it, the running foot is fabulous, I also bought the 1/4 inch running foot. It has a ton of features I haven't even tried yet because I was so excited to use it for quilting. I haven't seen the 7700, the women who own the store I bought my machine from have the 7200 machines and they say they are disappointed they switched from the 6600. Have fun, Janomes are fabulous machines.

I've had my 6600 for more than 2 years, and absolutely love it. I highly recommend getting the FMQ bobbin case!

Enjoy your wonderful new machine!!

Congratulations on your new "toy". I have a Janome New Home Memory Craft 4000 that I really love. I've lost count of how many quilts, placemats, table runners, Christmas trees and stockings, as well as clothing for our DGD. I've been very happy with the performance of this machine, and I'm sure you will be happy with yours as well. Congrats and happy quilting.
