Here is my cabinet it had a real old machine in it. My husband took that out and made the cutout big enough for my machine. Then he made a insert out of wood to match the cabinet. I really like it.

He put the lift in too.

I love it. I have an old cabinet that I bought at a yard sale. Maybe I can convince my hubby to convert mine (?) Thanks for the idea.

He did a great job! Isn't it nice to have a hubby who can do stuff like that and actually wants to do it? My DH is like that. A keeper, for sure!

Does that have one of those lifts that lower the machine? Does the insert go with it when it lowers?

I love your cabinet. Your machine looks great in it.

I just have to ask, what kind of old machine was in the cabinet and was it worth saving?

Yes the machine goes down with the lift. But the insert does not.
