Our Joann's is really small, but I was told that the new SuperJoann's a couple hours drive from me has a Dealership in the store. I thought that was interesting information.

I have the Mega Quilter and am having the same problem with tension and thread breaking. I have only used my for quilting. It is on a Grace frame.
