Oh my! I would never have imagined a spool could break like that. Strange!

That's bizarre. Thanks for including the photo. I couldn't imagine what it would have looked like otherwise.

I have gone threw a lot of thread and I have never had anything like that happen to me,

I do use isacord embroidery thread to quilt all the time, I have a large selection as I do a lot of embroidery and find it easy to match find what color I am looking for.

That's just plain strange! I've been sewing since the dark ages and I've never had anything like that happen. Weird.

Go to the company's website and e-mail them the picture. Thread costs too much to waste because of a crappy piece of plastic.

I was just going to mention the same thing Moonpi said.
Go to the website and include the picture to them.
Ya never know....you might not only get the one spool replaced, but they might send more!

Worth a try!

Really odd thread situation! I also have a sew slip and like it. My machine doesn't drop the feed dogs so this makes it nice and smooth.

Oh my word! That would have freaked me out if that happened to me. Who would have thought this could happen. I agree with the others and send that thread back to the store.
