I was trying to help you sort out the PM problem Have you tried to download all your PMs into a CSV file onto Excel ?

im sorting thru and copying all important pms - personal info & bad children-

and deleting them all when Im done.. As hostess I wont have enough space for my PMs otherwise.. I can easily surpass my limit each and every swap..

Trust me I understand - I had to do the download into a CSV file and start over I had over 20,000 - I guess I understand if all members save 500 messages- can you imagine the size of server they would need ? YIKES

ok so tell me is there a way to click on a member and see ALL to and/or ALL from ?

then do a HUGE delete by member??

Please tell me yes and show me how !!! I beg of you SAVE ME !!

Server would be the same size- it would be the 'space' on the server and its not cheap by no means..

If you make a new folder (I made one called buddies) and move PM's you want to save in there, then you can delete the rest 49 at a time. Took me a while but I finally figured it out. Now all the PM's I want to keep are in a separate folder and the rest are deleted.

Yes, you can sort by member. At your list of PM's, at the title bar above the start, there appears Title/Sender. These are interactive. Click on Sender and they will be sorted by member name. You can easily reorder the date by clicking on Date to the right.
