I love the kitty quilt ... is the kitty required by the pattern or just a bonus at your house ... lol. Beautiful quilts, appreciate your sharing your work with us.

So glad you did show all 4 quilts at your guild meeting. At our guild all quilts are enjoyed! This morning my granddaughter showed her apron and a bag she made. I showed my carpet bag and some crocheted receiving blankets. I always like to hear a little story about each quilt also. Thanks for sharing your pictures. They are great quilts.

All are gorgeous, but it looks like your Quilt Inspector was reluctant to let his/her favorite go!

Great job. It's nice to show off our hard work and especially since 3 of them will be heading to victims of tornadoes in Oklahoma. I'm sure they will be much appreciated.

Part of the instructions are missing, but I was able to figure it out. I am a semi-advanced beginner, and if anyone can figure it out, I can.

The instructions for the log cabin quilt are extremely brief. Glad I've made them before. The printed part of the instructions tells you how many of each block coloration to make. That's a beautiful quilt. I am considering making it in orange, green and brown batiks.

The third one really caught my eye too and you did a great job on it. I'm so glad you showed your quilts at your guild meeting. That's the part of our meetings that I like best.
For those of you who want more info on that quilt, you can find more info at her blog site: http://karencombs.wordpress.com .Scroll down to Serendipity and she has instructions for 48x48 and 96x96. I printed off the incomplete info from the first link (http://www.quiltershomemag.com/patte...html?idx=13608) and then printed the additional info from Karen's blog. It's a beautiful quilt and thanks for sharing with us.

Nice to read that you mustered up the courage and confidence to display in front of a group of people. It won't be so daunting next time. I like the way the rail fence looks so dynamic because of your choice of colours.
