Singer Co. Free manual for your machine:
http://www.singerco.com/accessories/manuals.html

singer company question and answers:

http://answers.singerco.com/answers/.../questions.htm

maybe the belt came off?

go find a freecycle in your area
http://www.freecycle.org/

maybe you can post for a sewing machine..for free.

also post on craigs list..in your area, "looking for a free sewing machine" . i gave a kenmore away on freecycle. and have picked up fabric that way too..

it is the only thing i can think of, to at least get you sewing again. any neighbors have a machine you can borrow? they may have one sitting around, and they don't sew!

Thank you

Freecycle is where to look or post for free things.

Is there a possibility that there's thread wrapped around the wheel? sometimes when winding a bobbin or when not paying close attention it will grab it & wind around the wheel itself. I don't know if they come off but good luck

So far no luck! Still trying to fix mine and not going so well either. Going on Vacation so don't know when I get back will have time to do the quilts. Dang thats so sad. Do you think it would be wrong to ask everyone to help with sending blocks! It would go way faster and probably doable to get done. Please let me know what you think.
