The Tin Lizze Company many send you a new one express delivery if your salesperson called. They don't want anyone angry. So may have a new one before the weekend.

Oh, I know how you feel... it is so difficult when you depend on others and they fall short... helpless is the feeling I get... but I am glad that the store manager called Tin Lizzie right away... sounds like you have a good person on your side... that was very smart to refuse delivery... thank you for sharing that... hope you get your Tin Lizzie soon.

So good that you were home when it was arrived. Depending on the company, now-a-days they don't even need you to be home when deliver things and they put it as delivered!

Good actions on your part. Be patient. Good things are coming your way. It will be worth the wait.

You, OP, are a very good writer. I swear I could feel every emotion you felt. How dreadfully disappointing.
