Default So excited! Accuquilt!

I just bought an Accuquilt! WooHoo! Early birthday present to myself!

How I finally decided: The past few times I went to JA I found in the clearance section, some accuquilt dies on sale for $3.97. So I bought them knowing I didn't have an accuquilt yet. Well today, I get an email from QIAD and a coupon code and used it to buy the accuquilt! I know I will not use it all the time, but I know it will come in handy cutting certain shapes

I love mine, too. Basically I just cut strips with it and am so pleased they come out straight and not resembling a "V"!

Love it. I would have never made Grandmas Flower Garden without it.

I purchased a GO several years ago. I like the dies that are for applique and have collected quite a number of them. My daughter has not produced any grandchildren for me yet and probably won't. My grandchildren from my step-children are all teens now. I don't do much piecing so I didn't bother with the dies for cutting strips etc. In the beginning I cut lots of applique pieces. Like many of the quilt related toys I have treated myself to, my Go has not come out of the box in quite a while. If you can afford to purchase it without feeling guilty if you don't really use it much. By all means purchase one. At least wait for a good sale.
