    I have always wanted a machine that has a good ASR accurate stitch regulator. Most machines were too expensive. Some of The new Janome machines now have one that even works with rulers. The less costly machine was the 9480, but the ASR was extra....total was around $7999. Found the Elna 782, exact same machine, but with red face plate...plus the ASR included ($1000), plus free roller tote, free Janome scissor set ($169 value), no tax, no shopping all for $4,999! I am doing a happy dance today......and tomorrow ++++++.

    That's a fabulous deal! I've been eyeing up the Janome version. Was it an unadvertised special?
