I've been working on a baby girl quilt for a NICU blanket donation. Just finished!

Wow! So many great projects. My week-end involves cutting off salvage and folding fabric arount my 6 inch ruler, folding and placing on shelves. Oh, my, so satisfying. Could the fact that I'm housebound with the flu have some affect on what is satisfying this week-end? I'm really enjoying the color and texture of my fabric. Some of this has never been taken out of the bag from the shop. That is the sign of an addiction. Gigi

Well, got 8 pinwheels done, but that was all. Our power went out and stayed out for over 3-1/2 hours. Had dinner in the crockpot - didn't get done., so our DD and DSL invited us to dinner. Irish Stew, Irish soda bread (delicious),and salad. When we came home shortly after 7pm the lights were on. Yeah!!!

I got a TON of work done. I actually almost have my quilting room done!!! I can't believe it! I have all the fabric wrapped (the big and the FQs) and the furniture in place....AGAIN...hopefully this is where it will stay. I even hung a couple of things on the walls. Then I got the big idea to fill some frames I had bought so I started going through pictures....this is NOT a good idea if you have recently lost both parents :( I decided to stop for the night and play on here for awhile :D I am impressed by you guys who are redoing your whole stashes! I've only been doing this since July and it took literally HOURS to get my little stash done! Hopefully I will actually have pictures of my "studio" by the end of the week...I'm SOOOO excited!!
