Connecting Threads has a beautiful turquoise quilt on the cover of their magazine. If you check their web site, it will probably be there. It's not that expensive, and it comes in a kit.

Another easy pattern you might check out is Take 5. That is pattern I used for my first quilt. Good luck, would love to see pictures of the fabrics and let us know which pattern you go with.

I liked he zig-zag quilt, Woody, but I would not cut off the ends of the rows. I would like to see it with setting triangles all around the outside, and then a pretty border.

I love the zig zag quilt but I would leave the edges zig-zag. I know it would be a binding nightmare, but still it would be a great and unusual quilt. Hmmm...maybe my next project.

I think the disappearing 9 patch is a good standby.

The Vintage Modern line has a pretty turquoise color in it - you could do something with that if you haven't already bought fabric. Take a look at Camille Roskelley's patterns on her simplify blog - most of them are pretty easy, and look great with that fabric line!

I just saw this FREE pattern, I don't know if you are familiar with the FabShopHop but they have these patterns and this looks like the answer to me. Of course they have many more for you to think about. http://www.fabshophop.com/downloads/...enry-glass.pdf
