.....because I'm sooooooo not doing a good job myself!!! I am justifying a $100 fabric purchase to make the Sexy Hexy Love quilt. It just screams fun, hip, spring, sassy....

Well, if it's a question of realllllly need....no, don't really need. Then again, I don't really need all the yards and yards of fabric I already have.

But have you SEEEEEEEN it???

I'm not going to talk you out of it because I love Amy Butler Fabrics. Someone here finished this quilt top recently. Do a search on it, if you've not seen it.

Think ahead a couple of years. Is this something you'll kick yourself in the rear for not getting? Or, is this something you'll say "I'm glad I used the $100 for (fill in the blank) instead.

Me? If I had the $100 and really really loved it, I'd get it.

The way I justify my purchases.. you will laugh.. ok I look and I say omg I LOVE THIS I have to have it .. but how much do I LOVE IT..ummm lets see oh 100 ummmm naaa I am feeling a 75 love here not 100... I KNOW I KNOW nothing scientific but whatever works.... for you it might be a 100 love but for me it was a 75....I even have my husband doing it at Lowes..I laughed my butt off the other day [of course it was in my head laughing but] when he said it OUTLOUD when we were at Lowes

I just searched it. Wow. Even "regular quilters" end up with a fab quilt.

And I totally get you on the 100% love, 75% love. And I've been struggling with that....is it just because it's new and bright? Is it just because it's warmed up outside and I'm high on spring? Is it really because I love, love, love it?

Does it mean I should get it when my heart pounds everytime I look at it?

ROFL!! Too funny!! My husband figures if I get out of a shop WITHOUT spending $100 it's a miracle!! LOL

Like Nike used to say "Just Do IT!"

Go for it. It could cost a lot more.
