I've debated switching rooms since my DD is really no longer ever coming home from college, and infact next week we have to take her bed to her because she is subletting an off campus apartment for the summer. Her room is at least double the size of "MY" room, but it means moving everything downstairs and painting her room.

So far I haven't been able to convince myself

does this mean you won't have a dining room? My sewing room is only 18 x 24, and still not enough space... I use the 3rd bedroom for a 'storage' room for counted cross stitch and extra furniture I can't 'toss..' My "florida" room is filled with all my extra yarn.. but that's only 12 x 16.. love all those shelves all around, with a huge table in the middle... Diana O...

I gave up the dining room about 5-6 years ago when it became home office. So the diningroom table and china hutch were already outta there anyway. We have a farmer's table/bench in the kitchen that seats 6+, so it works for now. I would love to have an 18x24, have one designed, but building it is not in the cards for now... one day tho!

That is one hell of a light table. And you have a plotter? I haven't seen one of those in years. But then again haven't worked outside the home in years.
