Just a reminder of what I said on this Board a day or two ago - I realize now that the pattern is NOT out of print and you can find it and the wedge ruler at the following website: www.phillipsfiberart.com

Thanks to everyone for their lovely compliments - my head is quite swollen!!!

I also found the directions intimidating and have a few tips and tricks I could share if anyone wants to PM me. Not sure I can give this one away because I like it so much myself!!
Thank you Kaaren, I'm not confused anymore. Your runner is so beautiful. I have this pattern, and now having seen yours, I am inspired to make one for myself.

I saw several sizes for the 9 degree ruler. 9 inches, 14 inches, 18 inches and 25 inches.

Which is the best size to get?

You will need the longest one for this project - mine is the one marked 3 1/4" at the bottom (narrow end)and 25 1/4" at the top (wide end) even though the actual length of the ruler is 22 1/2" - strange, but it works!!

Do you have the 9 degree ruler or the 10 degree ruler?

I have the 10 degree ruler which makes the runner finish at about 22" x 42" but I have been told that using a 9 degree ruler works the same except that the runner will be very slightly smaller.

Your spiral table topper is great. I have had 3 books and the rulers for spiral quilts for years but have not had the nerve to try it. I must try it this year.
