Does anyone know if it is ok to use spray adhesive on baby quilts?(to save basting or pinning before quilting)

I use it. I just make sure to wash the quilt before giving it to the recipient.

If you are worried about it you could always give it an extra wash or try the new basting spray out that is supposed to be more environmentally friendly.
