LOL.. Zipster tried to iron.... lost a few whiskers that way ( they have grown back now ). He enjoys a good sewign machine needle ( going up and down) Luckily he hasn't caught it yet.... He is intrigued by the machine embroidery hoops movements, but hasn't attempted that yet...
and Yes, he LOVES to hand sew or hand embroidery... ( well he loves ME to do it.. he helps keep the thread nice and straight ( looks like a person with his paws out and thread around the outside of his paws-- oh darn.. what do I mean.. like ppl rolling yarn into a ball) Every now and then he will floss his teeth with the thread... MyZipster is quite the helper... yep.. he is....

HMMMM ... come to think of it... Zipsters help is part of what made it take so long!!! LOL

the originial pattern called for the blocks to sorted into DARK or LIGHT..... then assembled into alternating rows that created a greek key look... and honestly.. it started out that way... but after all the health issues and all the moves..... and other unsundry inturptions in my life..... things got mixed up.. and I wasn't sure which were light ands which were darks... so I descided to just destress and make it all hodge podged... I Like it better this way!....

this is it... it's a midi quit I guess.. it not really a mini and it's not a full size quilt, but it's too big to really just be a lap throw.. the patterne called it a quilt... but the finished size came out about to the patterns given size... over 200 blocks!
    Either way
    I"M DONE!!!! whew....
