I like the 24 inch ruler Eleanor used in the tute. Do you know the name of the ruler?

Do you have to watch through the "Scraps to" video in order to see the squaring up or what? I can't get it to "list videos" other than that one.

She does it in the Jewel box quilt one, she talks for about the first 5 minutes then she cuts out the block and after she sews it she squares it up.

Just click PLAY on the video that is shown when you click on the url.

Though I'd bet that she squares up all her blocks so watch the video for any of her quilts that have blocks.

I also use the middle "X" mark to put in the middle of the square if I'm using a ruler that is the size I want the block to be. love the tuts

Fiskars Rotary Ruler, it is a 24 inch ruler with a sliding rotery cutter attached
