What about a very narrow border of that ladybug red in the blades? It would make a nice contrast, relieve the green, and pick out the red in the print.

Beautiful quilt, by the way! You do gorgeous work!

totally agree with this idea if you are wanting to do some " unsewing"--or mayb an orange to represent the Irish flag?

First of all. I love it . I made a Dresden Irish table runner and I put a tiny orange border inside the green(colors of the Irish flag ) and it really made it pop. You did a great job!
