I have the perfect fabric for a stack n whack, but I'm a little intimidated by this design? Are there any tutorials (either on this site or otherwise), that could help me along?

This is the tutorial I used. It uses the Bethany Reynolds method.

My sister used a pattern from the book One Block Wonder by Maxine Rosenthal. I don't know if there are tutorials. My next will be this way as I will be able to do an octagon.
