I gave up on quilting tonight. I know I can make nice quilts but this one is ticking me off. I have in my brochure 90X108 and normally I can make it to those measurements but it really ticks me off when I sew 2 pieces together and it is not 90 inches. I guess it is time to give it a rest for the day. Sorry, just venting.:(

i don't understand what the problem is. what are you trying to do when you say "sewing two pieces together" for 90" and why must it be exactly 90x108. Is this the top or back. Need more information.

So here is the solution. Just send me all your patterns, thread, stash. Give up quilting! I'd be happy to relieve your stress. Hey, I"ll even send you a thank you card.
