I use thin fabric people give me and I have gone to the thrift store and bought thin sheets and cut them up

I also use this same method to do crazy quilts. Has anyone sewn on tea filter? The commerical size, iron them flat, once sewn tear off the paper and you have a perfect circle.

So far the best answer I have found: Use muslin squares for back with thin batting on top and add the strips to prevent the bias from being crazy; When you have the square covered-- its quilted and you can sew the squares together and you have a quick QUILT-AS-YOU-GO----Quilt --------done and fun and done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
