I'd delete this post and make a new one in the right forum for giving and donating stuff.
I'm not looking for anything right now, but have bought many scraps and selvedges here I Always pay for shipping

You could look up Free-Cycle on line and see if there's a group in your area. It's a website that facilitates giving and getting things for free. That's how I found the person who takes all of my scraps and stuff. Or, you could check with guilds and church quilting groups in your area.

Put in a box bin and take to nearest thrift shop, donate the bin with the scraps. The shop won't have to sort it or rebin it. I donate to Helping Hands thrift shop and it is really helpful to have the items ready to sit out. Habitat appreciates it too. I don't donate to Goodwill they toss fabric pieces and keep the bin.
