In the last few days I saw a lovely strip quilt somewhere here on the board and now when I want a second look I can't find it. It was not a string quilt.
If I remember right it was long strips of fabric, maybe 36-42 inches joined together. It was made out of brights. I didn't comment at the time so it's not in my posts or in my history.
Anyone remember what I am talking about?

I just finished quilts for two of my grandsons. Very simple and very bright. Don't know if this is what you saw, but here is a picture.

Thanks. No not there either but they are some lovely quilts.

I think it must have been Amanda's quilt!

I'm not sure but that is close if it's not the one I am thinking about.
I don't remember the borders but just had a quick look before doing something.

yea there is one that i saw a while back with bright scrappy hearts.. I think they were like 2 inch squares. Each block had two colors but the colors were all scrappy and each block colors were different then the others.. .. it was beautiful.. Now for the life of me I cant find it..

No. These were up and down strips. That one is very nice.
    Might have been another site.
It was lovely, I love brights, and I meant to come back and post but forgot.............

As you say, Amanda's quilt in a post above this one, seems to fit the description. You need to scroll through the quilts in that post to find it - it is great.

That one's mine. I finally quilted it and put the binding on. Need to update the pics when I get a chance. :)

It was going to be a Christmas present, but somehow it ended up on my bed! ;)

I think you may be talking about the jelly roll quilts.
