I am at an impass right now. I don't know what to do now. I need to get another section on here and can't decide on a block or point or no point. What would you guys suggest? I am almost out of the fAiries but can probably find more fabric. What would you guys do? I am trying to stick with ppd blocks or simple blocks. I was thinking of doing a half starburst type block and putting it on point. But at a loss as to finding a block. Any suggestions would be helpful. It is for my dd who will be 4 in February and getting a new full size mattress for her crib that converts to a full size bed. She is sleeping on a futon now. So need to get it to a full size quilt for that. Thanks. Annie

I'm not much help but I really love what you have done so far.
I think I would but a border or two like what you have around your center block. Then maybe pinwheel type blocks next. So many options, I know it's hard to make a decision.

This is a search on the QB "Round Robin". Maybe there will be some ideas there for you:)

Oh my that is gorgeous! I can see why you are having a hard time deciding...so many possabilities. I think I would check out some of the mariners compass paper pieced blocks and see if they would work. Thank you for sharing and I hope that you share pictures of what you decide.

Why not make that corner just like the 3 other corners? It's very pretty.

I would add another dark purple border and then another round of those star/fan blocks.

How about a row around of large green friendship star blocks. I think the friendship star blocks looks like the green star that you have where the blocks join up? Anyway that is the star I am thinking of. The other thing that comes to mind is the border that I have seen that is all spiky triangles (like teeth) that kind of make a scallop design. Don't know if you can make any sense out of my description.
