    Ah - now I get it - thank you for the link.

    You start out with a 42 x 36 inch piece of fabric -

    and the quilt does use nine pieces - but I was originally thinking of EQUAL pieces -

    I wasn't getting anywhere with that pattern until I found the link by Evie on P. 1. Then on P.2, Kristakz (no. 12) gives very good directions on how to start. After that I understood what to do. In #25 Anita gives the directions for "Square on Point". Hope this saves some of you a little time in looking for these.

    Great idea and too bad someone didn't know the art of doing this years ago. Great job. I am sure there are many that will use your pattern and idea. Keep up the great work.
