Great idea! I would support board members, also. Admin. should have a place for these, too.

it's a great idea, but there should be a strict rule that anyone who wants to be included on the list should have a lot of posts and contributions first.

I would love to shop fellow board memebers, however, don't want to have to look at a bunch of worthless posts that are just trying to covertly advertise.

I love this place because I DON"T have to sort through the junk to find all the great stuff.

And Favorite Fabrics, I LOVE your Site! :)

I have purchased from Marsye and just loved her blocks. I am going to be making baby quilts out of them. I will be buying many, many more. And it was service with a big smile!!

The people on this site are amazing. The support just right here in this thread is truly wonderful. I'm working at opening a LQS in ND, hopefully by August. I will post more info as it becomes available. But... we will be a "full service" quilt shop with online shopping as well. We will also carry some gift items for those that are not quilters. I live in a small town of about 2000 people, so need to be a little diverse.

However, I also plan to have a small play area for kids and also a couple of VERY comfy chairs and sitting area for anyone wanting to just come in and visit, take their time shopping, or for the weary hubby who is waiting. :)

I'll post more as I get closer to opening... and I would LOVE to meet each and every one of you in my shop or otherwise! HUGS to you all.
