I started on a new proect today. Dancing Eagles Star Quilt. The pattern is from Diane Hill at www.nativeamericanstarquilts.net. I ran into a problem and emailed Diane this afternoon. I couldn't believe it, but not too long after I sent the email, Diane replied. She then sent another email with pictures explaining how to solve the problem I had. I just wasn't understanding one of the directions. One of those brain freeze moments. I am so impressed with her customer service and the beautiful quilts on her site. Just had to share.
