The only "calendar" themed quilts I've done were to give away, mainly for Valentine's Day.

Come to think of it, I have done a bunch for birthdays as well.

I'm a teacher so I like to have something seasonal up in the classroom. So I make something. Maybe only in the colors of the season.

For years I have displayed holiday quilts I made, now I have a grandson & I am making new quilts more child oriented. Currently I''m making an alphabet quilt, a new easter quilt, & a train quilt.

It's sooo much fun having a little one arounnd again,, Ibabysit him while my daughter teaches

I find I want to decorate the whole house again, like when my kids were small

My daughters want quilts for different holidays, so far I have only made them Christmas ones. I'm working on Easter ones now. I have made my mom seasonal quilts for her front door. She has a 100 year old house and the door has an oval window and is very drafty so the quilts cut down on the cold.
She has a big covered front porch so the door doesn't get much direct sunlight.
