I'll be happy to help you through the process if you like. For the curves you just need to go to my Drunkard's Path tutorial and follow the directions. Once you have that figured out you will need a 1 1/4" or a 1 1/2" template to cut out the "Blocks" and then just sew them together. It is pretty easy really! If you don't have the templates yet just let me know by PM or email. DON"T post your address on this thread please. Send me your address and what size templates you would like to have.
