Double wedding ring, but I don't like any that look as if they belong on an episode of Little House on the Prairie.

I had not heard of this type of quilt so I Googled it and found many photos that I really enjoyed viewing. I also came across some sitesabout Ricki Tims that I liked which lead to Youtube and some tutorials there. I stayed quite awhile and learned a few other techniques. I am quite happy that you mentioned convergence quilts. :) I love learning new to me techniques. :)

have not gotten past page 1 yet, but just wanted to say I had no clue what a bargello quilt is so I googled it, and was amazed at the patterns under that title... here is one that I would love to be able to do... wow

I don't like watercolor quilts, but love log cabins. And being German the swastika pattern gives me the creeps - for obvious reasons - even though it's supposed to be a good luck sign (in India!!)

ok caught up...

I don't have a dislike for any quilt or technique.*
I am still so new, that they all fascinate me, all the ways they fit together, the unique touches people put on them, the new designs that come out of old favorites, tried and true techniques passed down from generation to generation, and of course, the vast variety of personalities of the people that make them. It all fascinates me.

I am glad that we are all so different, imagine if we all liked the same colors, and same designs, would not be very many different quilts out there.

*unless it has clowns, clowns give me the creeps.
