Default There's this creepy dude on my design wall!

My friend gave me a meltable bead pattern she found on the Internet, and I turned it into this for her son. The best part is, everything was on the shelf but the gray jelly roll!

Now, tell me how you would quilt it. Not being a Star Wars fan, I need inspiration!

Really love how this came out! Not sure on the quilting but would think you need something with curves to give it depth.

That came out really well, and now I have a whole new place to look for patterns!
I would just quilt it in an all over meander, using thread to match the medium grey.

ETA: Just looked on google, there are lots and lots of ideas out there for meltable bead patterns, and I have a whole buncha small squares cut!

I would quilt it in straight line squares and rectangles inside the block shapes to keep the clean, modern look. Then do straight Line echo pattern in the outer background to emphasize R2D2. He will love it !
