Theres a little old lady on youtube.com that occasionally makes a quilt online. Her quilts are unique and different. I purchased the last one she made and its amazing. Even if you don't like art quilts watching her thought process is very interesting to me. She's 81, retired college professor, travels the world, plays the harpsacord and is just amazing. Well she to many is weird. Any way http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0lGTvZhweo8 give her a look even if you don't like art quilts. She breaks all the quilt rules. She is fascinating! Yes a little weird...but aren't we all to some extent? Would love to attend one of her parties to just sit back and watch and listen to her and her friends! I'm loving that quilt...her process to get there is really fun - and thought-provoking - to watch!

She has a few vids of her parties, and they are different.
