Quick question
I am trying to make the Idaho star block... all I have is tan thread. I am using blue and orange will the thread color matter that much?
I thought about making it into a small wall hanging for David since he is from Idaho and pulls for the Boise State Broncos......
Go Boise State LOL

That should be fine, just be careful not to pull to much on the seams when you baste the quilt. :)

Tan should be fine. I use Ecru or gray for all my piecing.

Thanks yall . I keep reading in mags that you need to match your thread color to you fabric . I was hoping I could use the tan.

I use either white or tan, unless it's a DARK color, then I'll try to match the thread
